Tom grew up in Sussex Wisconsin. In his youth he took part in a variety of sports, including Tae Kwon Do, where he eventually earned his black belt. As a high school student Tom took part in track and soccer all 4 years, and set the school high jump record as a junior. After graduating from Hamilton High School, Tom began his kickboxing career where he competed as an amateur and professional. In 2010 he took his love for movement and people and began personal training. Tom is deeply devoted to his craft and helping clients move better to live better. Outside of OPFC, he enjoys spending time with his family and expanding his knowledge of martial arts and strength training. |

Nick is originally from a small town in Upper Peninsula Michigan, but grew up in New Berlin, Wisconsin where he graduated from New Berlin West High School. Nick was a multi-sport athlete in high school: baseball, football, track, basketball, and tennis scattered across his 4 years there. He then went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee as well as a License of Massage Therapy from Herzing University. Nick has a great passion for sport and athletics which drive him to continue to educate himself and teach what he has learned to members of OPFC. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Justine, daughter Imogene, and son Franklin – playing sports, outdoor activities and the occasional craft beer/bourbon. Cheers! |
